We had our tank run empty during the recent cold snap due to our absence and neglecting to monitor the tank. We also forgot to establish a new account with Autore after we purchased our house …all through our own fault. Even with our negligence, Autore established our account and immediately had our tank filled on the same day. We were floored by their customer service and response to our situation. Thank you!!!

From the folks who work in the office, to the folks who fill your tanks, to those that do new installs and maintenance on your existing tanks, you won't find a better group of people or a better company to partner with. We just had a new Generac Generator installed on Sugar Island, and had a new 500 gal dedicated tank put in, along with doing some work on another cottage, and the quality of the service, and the professionalism of the people doing the work was absolutely amazing.
